Morolayo “Ayo” Mould is a Workplace Culture Transformation Consultant, Leadership Strategist, Trainer, and Organizational Development Professional with extensive experience in Food Safety & Quality, Environmental Health & Safety (EHS), workforce engagement, leadership development, and operational culture transformation.



With an educational background in Food Science & Technology and over 25 years of manufacturing experience, she has worked across food manufacturing and operational environments helping organizations strengthen Food Safety, Quality Assurance, People Safety, leadership effectiveness, workforce engagement, and organizational accountability.


Her professional journey began in Food Safety & Quality Assurance, where she contributed to improving operational standards, reducing customer complaints, strengthening quality systems, and helping shift workforce and leadership mindset toward greater accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement.

Over the past decade, she expanded her expertise into Environmental Health & Safety (EHS), supporting organizations in building stronger workplace safety cultures, leadership engagement, operational discipline, and sustainable people-centered safety systems.
